I love public speaking.  I know I'm weird like that, but for me it is so energizing.  When I get to present on a topic that I'm passionate about (like motherhood, perfectionism, and self-esteem) I feel so connected with my audience as they share their own struggles and triumphs.  I appreciate their courage and  I love the chance to share some things I've learned as a therapist and in my own personal life.  It's kinda the best of all worlds for me!

Insurance:

I do not take insurance or bill insurance directly. You are responsible for payment at time of service. You may be able to get reimbursed by your healthcare insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Just call your insurance company to ask about this and I will provide the necessary paperwork you need to submit.
